بموجب مرسوم صادر عن رئيس أرمينيا ، أرمين سركيسيان ، تم تعيين القاضي رستم محموديان رئيسًا للمحكمة الإدارية. “وفقًا للمادة 139 ، الجزء الأول ، والبند 166 من دستور جمهورية أرمينيا ، وكذلك بناءً على اقتراح مجلس القضاء الأعلى ، سيتم تعيين رستم مخموديان قاضياً في المحكمة الإدارية العليا.

By the decree of the President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, Rustam Makhmudyan was appointed a judge of the Administrative Court.
“Taking as the basis part 1 of article 139 and part 6 of article 166 of the Constitution, as well as the proposal submitted by the Supreme Judicial Council, to appoint Rustam Makhmudyan as a judge of the administrative court,” the presidential decree says.
